How do I become an ITIL 4 Strategic Leader?
You must be certified in ITIL 4 Foundation and both modules that comprise the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader designation. You must also be able to demonstrate that you have at least three years minimum of managerial experience.
Are the ITIL 4 Managing Professional or an ITIL 4 Strategic Leader exams open book?
No. The ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader modules are closed book exams.
What are the pre-requisites for taking an ITIL 4 Managing Professional or an ITIL 4 Strategic Leader module?
To take any of the ITIL 4 Managing Professional modules; you must hold:
A certificate in ITIL 4 Foundation
or
A certificate in the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition module
