Promo Mechanics:

1. Participants who enroll in the ITIL® 5 Foundation Certification Program are entitled to one (1) free bonus of their choice: either an Exam Retake or one (1) Live Online Training Course from the available options.
2. The client must select their preferred bonus at least one (1) week before the ITIL® 5 Foundation training date. Once the bonus has been selected, it can no longer be changed, transferred to another bonus option, or substituted.
3. If the enrollee fails to select a bonus at least one (1) week before the training date, the promotional offer will be forfeited.
4. To qualify for the promo, full payment must be completed at least five (5) working days before the training date or on or before August 31, 2026, whichever comes first. Payment must be deposited to ActiveLearning’s bank account.
5. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, vouchers, or special offers.
6. The complimentary Live Online Training Course must be attended on or before November 30, 2026. Unused courses beyond this date will be forfeited, and regular course rates will apply.
