08-May-2015–MANILA, ActiveLearning, Inc. officially launched a new training course called “ITIL Service Operation” to be conducted on July 7, 2015 at ActiveLearning’s training center in Greenhills, San Juan. ITIL Service Operation is part of the ITIL intermediate lifecycle stream that focuses on execution of the ongoing management and operation of services or products developed or implemented during strategy, design and transition.
