MANILA, Philippines – ActiveLearning, the leading ITIL-accredited training organization in the Philippines, has launched a new 15-hour live online course. The program aims to help IT and business leaders govern artificial intelligence responsibly.
The ITIL AI Governance Training Philippines program starts on October 12, 2026. It offers local enterprise teams a practical framework to manage AI risks, ethics, and compliance while keeping human oversight at the center of decision-making.
Framework-Driven AI Governance
Rather than focusing on abstract theory, the course centers on the ITIL AI Governance Improvement Model. Participants will apply concepts directly to real-world scenarios, regulatory requirements, and vendor management.
Participants will learn how to:
- Balance business value and risk: Evaluate AI maturity, identify compliance exposure, and establish oversight.
- Mitigate key AI risks: Tackle critical enterprise issues including algorithmic bias, data privacy, model hallucinations, and “Shadow AI.”
- Maintain human oversight: Keep human control across all stages of AI implementation.
No Prerequisites Required for Enrollment
The five-day course spans 15 hours total at 3 hours per day. Practitioner instructors who actively govern AI systems in real enterprise environments lead the live online classes. There are no prerequisites to join. The course is open to all professionals regardless of prior ITIL background. Completing the program prepares participants for credentials within the globally recognized ITIL Version 5 Qualification Scheme.
Enrollment for the October 12 class is currently open. Seats are limited to maintain interactive, hands-on learning. Visit the official ActiveLearning ITIL AI Governance Training page to register.
