What the Course Covers
The course is built around six modules: AI Basics and Prompting for Managers, Checking AI Output, Finding AI Opportunities in Your Team’s Work, AI-Assisted Workflows and Agents, Data Privacy and Team AI Rules, and Leading Adoption and Planning the Rollout.
By the end of the session, participants leave with a reusable team prompt template, a quality checklist for AI output, an AI opportunity map of their own team’s tasks, a one-page team AI usage guide based on the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and a 30-60-90 day team AI adoption plan, tools they can put to use the next working day.
The course is designed for department heads, unit managers, team leaders, and supervisors, as well as HR, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service managers. It also suits project managers and business owners at small and mid-sized companies. For organizations, it’s built for companies rolling out ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools that need their managers to lead adoption, along with HR and Learning and Development teams building AI skills across their leadership.
A dedicated module covers data privacy, including what should never be entered into an AI tool, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the National Privacy Commission’s AI guidelines. All exercises use sample data, so participants never need to bring real company or personal information.
