HR and Admin Officer (Full-time)

Job Description

At ActiveLearning, the human resources (HR) team is focused on what people need and how to provide it. We’re searching for a qualified and resourceful HR and Admin Officer to support us in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR and Admin Officer will help with important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. At ActiveLearning, we understand that our business thrives when our employees thrive, and it begins with hiring the right person to handle HR.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard new employees and instructors
  • Maintain employee records
  • Facilitate performance evaluation of employees
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Help plan employee training and development
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Handle payroll, compensation and benefits
  • Support admin and operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in HR, especially in recruitment and payroll
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan full time
  • Must have a conducive work from home work environment

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in Accounts Receivables, Payables, Billing a definite advantage
