Responsibilities
- Assist in admin operations
- Install and configure hardware and software components
- Repair and troubleshoot computer, network, and Internet issues
- Test and evaluate new technologies
- Conduct regular maintenance of IT equipment
- Create, update, maintain inventory of IT Equipment
- Address all IT related concerns
- Provide technical support
- Assist in the creation and revision of course materials
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Proficient with installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows PCs
- Graduate of IT related courses a definite advantage
- Fresh graduates in the top 10% of their class are welcome to apply
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in video conferencing software like MS Teams and Zoom
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Nice to Haves
- Experience in network troubleshooting
- Familiar with virtualization using VMWare or HyperV
- Technical certifications in CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, Azure
- Programming skills especially in database and web development
- Experience in securing systems
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Google Classroom
