HR and Admin Manager (Full-time)

Job description

At Active Learning, our success relies on our people and organizational processes to deliver amazing customer experiences. We need an experienced HR and Admin Manager to actively seek talent, oversee daily activities and ensure our standards are met. The role also requires someone innovative as you will be tasked to launch new courses that will help increase the company’s revenue. Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees and instructors
  • Maintain instructor relations
  • Oversee quality of training delivery
  • Launch new courses including sourcing of instructor and courseware
  • Establish partnerships to expand the company’s course portfolio
  • Ensure KPIs are being met
  • Identify and address issues and opportunities for the company
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in HR Management
  • Experience in management, admin, operations, and leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in the field of training and development a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan
