- Primarily in charge of the office and training facilities as to cleanliness, security, and maintenance
- Assist on the admin requirements of School Operations
- Front desk support, receive inbound calls and walk -in clients
- Finance operations support as to petty cash handling and expense monitoring
- Inventory management and Purchasing
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least with 1 year experience in Admin Operations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service background
