The course was attended by IT Managers and professionals from various organizations including Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc., DEPED, Southville Int’l School and Colleges, Bluestone Servicing, Five9 Phils., InfoPro Business Solutions, Inc. and Maxicare Healthcare Corp.
The training and certification was conducted from Feb 26 to 28, 2019 at ActiveLearning’s training center in Greenhills, San Juan.
As an Accredited Training Organization of ITIL in the Philippines, ActiveLearning has trained and certified hundreds of IT professionals on ITIL – the world’s leading framework for IT service management. ITIL has recently been updated to embrace new practices in the IT industry such as agile methods and DevOps.
