ActiveLearning Accredited as Official ITIL Training Organization

11-February-2015 –MANILA, ActiveLearning, Inc. today was accredited as an official ITIL training organization in the Philippines. The accreditation was awarded by Axelos – the official accreditor of ITIL, through the Examination Institute PeopleCert. This accreditation makes ActiveLearning the first Filipino-owned organization to become an ITIL Accredited Training Organization.

ActiveLearning offers a training program that gives professionals the opportunity to prepare for, and then take the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification exam. The 3-day exam-preparatory course, entitled “ITIL 2011 Foundation Certification Program” provides comprehensive coverage of foundation concepts of ITIL. ITIL is a set of best practices guidance that has become a worldwide-adopted framework for Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) by many organizations.

Through lectures and practice exam questions, participants explore the best practices in IT Service Management based on the ITIL 2011 Framework. The course includes a certification exam, which will be held on the afternoon of the 3rd day. Upon successful completion, students receive their ITIL Foundation certification.
