Admin Officer (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily in charge of the office and training facilities as to cleanliness, security, and maintenance
  • Assist on the admin requirements of School Operations
  • Front desk support, receive inbound calls and walk -in clients
  • Finance operations support as to petty cash handling and expense monitoring
  • Inventory management and Purchasing

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least with 1 year experience in Admin Operations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service background
